Attached is the DSHS official memo indicating that the quarterly exit reports are no longer required to be submitted by providers. The details of how DSHS will disseminate their internal quarterly reports to the SBCTC are still being discussed. We will update the system as soon as we know more.

Dear Partners,

As the BFET Policy Team continues to improve communication with our partners, we have implemented a new process to inform partners with policy and procedural changes via memorandums.  It is our goal to ensure all partners receive consistent messaging and have ample time to implement the changes.  This memorandum will be uploaded to the BFET Provider Resource https://www.dshs.wa.gov/esa/provider-resources, as a point of reference by January 31, 2019.

Per our discussion during the December 2018 Quarterly Provider Meeting, please see the attached BFET Quarterly Exit Report memorandum.

Your understanding and cooperation during this improvement process is greatly appreciated.  Do not hesitate to submit any questions or concerns to SWBFETPolicy.
