Just a friendly reminder - Budget Revisions for the 2018-19 BFET Grant are due this coming Monday, February 11th. See the below email for more information if needed.

Subject: BFET Funding Survey - Grant Award

Hello BFET Team!

Thank you for your patience! Attached is the updated grant amounts from the Winter Funding Survey. Thank you to all who responded promptly. There was far more in requests than returns, through additional direct requests more funds were returned for redistribution and because of college's willingness to return funds we were able to approval all requests.

SBCTC will adjust grant amounts in OBIS<https://apps.sbctc.edu/OBIS> within the next two days. Once your grant amount is adjusted in OBIS, your college will receive an automated award increase/decrease notification from OBIS. After you receive the automated email, you will need to go into OBIS to create and submit a budget revision request so that your budget reflects the new grant amount.

Reminder: OBIS will not allow you have an invoice and a budget revision in process at the same time. December billing is due February 10th.  If you need to do a budget revision so you have the ability to bill, you will need to complete your budget revision prior to submitting your billing.

Please submit your budget revision request no later than February 11th, 2019.
