Please feel free to distribute this information and guidance to trusted partners within your sphere whom you think may be eligible or in need of this resource.  A few reminders:

  *   This email nor any other communication is not a guarantee of funding or priority.
  *   CDS funding should not be viewed as a reoccurring funding stream, rather, it should be used to get a project launched. Further guidance is attached.
  *   Recipients of recent CDS funding are not likely to be selected for funding.
