[WSSSC] Work Plan Reminder

If you haven't already met as a workplan group, please work on getting something on the books prior to our Spring meeting. We will have a workplan update at the meeting but don't plan on scheduling time for the work plan groups to meet.

Please let me know if you have a strong burning desire to meet with your workplan group at our Spring meeting in Spokane.
