[WSSSC] Constitution Revisions for Review/Vote at Fall Meeting

Please see the attached constitutional revision for our WSSSC constitution. We will go over this at our meeting in two week and vote during our business meeting. To vote it has to be sent out two weeks prior to the meeting.
