[WSSSC] WSSSC Liaison Report: Major Capital Project Prioritization Study

Hello, WSSSC.  I hope you all had a terrific week.  Please find attached my liaison report from work with the Major Capital Project Prioritization committee.

I won't be able to be in person at the upcoming WSSSC meeting.  If you have questions about the report, or would like more details, feel free to e-mail me.  I plan to attend much of the WSSSC meeting via Zoom but may be in and out depending on campus needs and potential jury duty.
