[Wsssc] Charter / High School on Campus?

Good morning, WSSSCers!

We are exploring leasing space to a charter school. Do any of you have a charter school or high school on campus? I'm primarily interested in a sample MOU with provisions related to conduct, title ix, running start enrollment expectations, etc. Any samples or even tips would be appreciated.
