Please see below and attached. This supplemental Model Title IX procedure is an alternative procedure that you can adopt on an emergency basis if you are not prepared to fully revise your student conduct code at this time. You can talk through this with Bruce tomorrow.

Julie and Jamie,

Attached are two new model procedures for distribution to your members.  The supplemental Model Title IX procedure is an alternative procedure that Colleges can adopt on an emergency basis if they are not prepared to fully revise their student conduct code at this time.

The Model Pregnancy and Related Conditions policy and procedure contains provisions CTCs will need to adopt in order to comply with the new Title IX rule.
