[Wsssc] Housing minors question

Hello! We are exploring the idea of opening our Residence Halls to 16 year old students (primarily International students). I will be checking in with my AG about liabilities from her perspective but am wondering if any one with housing is already doing this or have experience with housing 16 year olds. An email or call would be appreciated if you have words of wisdom.
