[Wsssc] Ongoing Financial Aid Efforts

Dear WSSSC leaders,

Washington is moving the financial aid needle.

We learned WA has made significant progress in improving our FA completion rate. Washington has moved up from 48th to 41st in the nation! This achievement is a result of a collaborative effort involving multiple stakeholders, thank you all for your continued #leadership!

Below and attached include updates in Washingtons ongoing financial aid efforts.
