Innovative Practices in Dual Credit

Join us Wednesday, March 1st from 1:00 - 2:30 pm for the next Promising Practices Webinar: Innovative Practices in Dual Credit.

Four of our colleges will present on a variety of topics related to Dual Credit and how they are expanding student access.


  *   Bellevue College will reveal ways in which they have built out their CTE Dual Credit catalog by developing partnerships.


  *   Columbia Basin College will present promising practices on how they have built their CTE Dual Credit community including practices of diversity, equity and inclusion that are inclusive to all students.


  *   Shoreline Community College will discuss the new training programs they are developing in biotechnology and biomanufacturing. Running Start students have access to hands on industry lab training along with mentoring and internship opportunities.


  *   South Puget Sound Community College will share how they are using funding provided by SB 5194 and the Thurston County United Way, SPSCC has partnered with two school districts to provide an Outreach Navigator to assist the College and Career Centers at each high school. Students are supported in navigating college and career options as well as completion of financial aid applications.
