[Wsssc] Position Information

Greetings all, I hope everyone is enjoying a great start to your fall quarter!!

I have an upcoming vacancy which is prompting me to consider how best to fill and/or restructure a couple of my areas. If time permits, I'd appreciate any information you can share relating to the questions below. I am also more than glad to give you a call if that is easier.


  *   Are you using the title Registrar for chief student registration/records officer (title used in the sbctc admin salary survey)?
  *   Beyond the typical responsibilities, what other substantial "other" duties is your Registrar performing?
  *   Do you use Enrollment Services to describe Admission/Registration?


  *   Similarly, what title are you using for your "chief academic advising administrator"?
  *   Beyond advising services, is this person overseeing other areas (i.e., placement, career development, etc.)?



  *   Lastly, any/all job descriptions for these 2 positions, would be appreciated.
