[Wsssc] Update on Get Inclusive

Colleagues: this is a brief update on our discussions with Get Inclusive, your soon-to-be provider of VAWA and Title IX Sexual Violence Prevention courses for students and employees. As a reminder, you and your HR colleagues decided to take advantage of the WIPHE contract that Get Inclusive has with Western Washington University rather than going out with an RFP for a provider. Our contract with Everfi ends this June, and our contract with Get Inclusive will begin shortly thereafter (perhaps sooner-see below).

Get Inclusive has developed a Scope of Work that our contracts officer is reviewing. Our contracts officer in turn is drafting an addendum to the Get Inclusive/WWU contract. This should all be completed in April. The contract is for three years, at a significantly reduced cost per year than the current Everfi contract. It includes access to Get Inclusive's full catalogue of courses, which include anti-hazing courses that may be a good option for meeting the requirements of House Bill 1751, passed by the Legislature this Session and on the Governor's desk awaiting signature.

Get Inclusive has indicated a willingness to start working with colleges on conversion well before the June-July contract start. We have been keeping Information Technology Council (ITC) informed of these developments as well, because we know there will be IT involvement in the change-over.
