Hello All,
Thank you for your continued patience as we worked through the final details to both the ESSER Running Start Grant and the Running Start Summer State funding (see attached bulletin). Below is the link that will provide you with a Quick Reference Guide (QRG) on how to run these programs in ctcLink.

New QRG Link = Running Start Special Funding = https://ctclinkreferencecenter.ctclink.us/m/92559/l/1569919-running-start-special-funding

A few things to highlight in the QRG:

  * RS students that exceed the 1.2 FTE in fall, winter, spring, and/or take a course in the summer must have their residency determined. This means all students accessing these funds need to have their residency determined to ensure accuracy in tuition rates for both funding streams.
     * We suggest reaching out to your college Registrars ASAP to determine how to proceed.
  * Courses below 100 level cannot be funded
  * ESSER & State Summer Support programs may not be used together (no double dipping)
This email and the below link only applies to Washington’s community and technical colleges. Please note that all colleges will still need to complete SQRSF<https://view.officeapps.live.com/op/view.aspx?src=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.k12.wa.us%2Fsites%2Fdefault%2Ffiles%2Fpublic%2Fbulletinsmemos%2Fbulletins2022%2FSQRSF.xlsx&wdOrigin=BROWSELINK> from OSPI for all students utilizing these funding sources for SUMMER 2022.
