[Wsssc] Opportunity Grant Allocations for Health Programs

WSSSC: additional Opportunity Grant allocations to the colleges for health programs (funded by the 2022 Legislature, funds in addition to your regular OG allocations) are expected to go out in the second operating budget allocation, this week or next, per our operating budget director Cherie Berthon.
