First, this request is NOT about COVID or exemptions or vaccinations!  I am serving on a committee with NASPA (National Association of Student Personnel Administrators) that is charged with putting together the Vice President of Student Affairs Institute which is a pre-conference feature of the annual convention, to be held this year in Baltimore.  Since you are all VPSAs or the equivalent, I figured you were a perfect audience for this question: if you were considering whether or not to attend a pre-conference designed for people in your position, what topics would you most like to see addressed, and what speaker or speakers would you most like to hear?  If I could get responses by COB Tuesday, I'd be most grateful.  I hope everyone has a joyful weekend.
