With the Child Care Access Means Parents in School Program (CCAMPIS) grant deadline approaching (June 1st, 2021) the SBCTC is facilitating an informational webinar to go over the grant and help to provide clarifications for those that are in the process of apply as well as those that are considering applying.

CCAMPIS Grant: This program supports the participation of low-income parents in postsecondary education through the provision of campus-based child care services. Funds are used to support or establish campus-based child care programs primarily serving the needs of low-income students enrolled in Institutions of Higher Education (IHEs). Grants may be used for before- and after-school services. In addition, grants may be used to serve the child care needs of the community served by the institution.

Who May Apply: (by category) Institutions of Higher Education (IHEs)
An institution of higher education is eligible to receive a grant under this program if the total amount of all Federal Pell grant funds awarded to students enrolled at the institution of higher education for the preceding fiscal year equals or exceeds $350,000.
