Hi, Julie and Joe.   Attached is the fully executed copy of the MOU with the Office of Administrative Hearings and a form Addendum for each College to complete and submit to OAH if they want to use an ALJ as a presiding officer in their TIX hearings.  They way this works is to think of the SBCTC MOU as the master agreement on behalf of the CTCs in the system.  The Addendum will bind the individual college to those terms and provide OAH with essential contact information and reference to the pertinent college WACs and type of proceeding.    We will need to get this distributed out to the colleges and I will also send to all the college AAGs.  I am hoping between your two listerv groups we can cover the relevant TIX coordinators.  I think Julie also suggested that we may want Ha to send to Diversity/DEI reps?   I leave that to your judgment.   Please let me know if you have any questions.  –Dave.
