Hello Colleagues,
For those colleges that have deployed ctcLink. What is your “program change” policy for students? We’ve been having discussion around how many times a student can change programs (especially now that GP’s is in effect). We are also discussing who and how many individuals across campus have access to change program codes, given the understanding that code changes have higher implications in ctcLink than Legacy. Multiple funding departments and individuals could make program changes but we are already working on corrections from attribute errors and start date errors.

Any insights or guidance is greatly appreciated.

With gratitude,
Aaron
