[Wsssc] Updated Student Services Bill Watch

WSSSC: here is the updated Student Services Bill Watch. We are halfway there, floor cut-off was midnight last night. The bills here all made it through their chamber of origin (House or Senate) and now proceed into the opposite chamber. House Bill 1368 providing pandemic relief funds for undocumented students has already been signed into law by Governor Inslee. Your financial aid directors have been invited to implementation webinars. We continue to have concerns about Senate Bill 5194 and will be testifying in support, with concerns, as it moves through the House. As always, let me know if you have questions about any of these bills.
