WSSSC: here is our first Promising Practices Webinar, see below. We will distribute to Student Services Councils as well, but please distribute on your campuses as appropriate.

On Wednesday, March 17, from 1-2:30 p.m. we will host a webinar for our system to highlight some of the Promising Practices that have been submitted to our Promising Practices Exchange<https://www.sbctc.edu/about/task-forces-work-groups/strategic-enrollment/promising-practices.aspx>.

Please join host Dr. Rebekah Woods, President of Columbia Basin College, and a panel of speakers who will share their K-12 alignment efforts:

  *   Centralia College about their partnership with the Chehalis School District to increase the enrollment, student retention, and completion rates of Chehalis High School graduates;
  *   South Puget Sound Community College's strategic enrollment management plan and strategies;
  *   Lower Columbia College and their Outreach Navigator that is embedded at a local high school designed to increase college-going rates of graduating high school seniors; and
  *   Seattle Colleges and the Seattle Promise designed to increase the number of students that enroll and complete a certificate, credential, or degree.
