Subject: 2022-2027 Open Competitive RFA Information

The Washington State Board for Community and Technical Colleges is inviting colleges and other organizations to enter an open, competitive process for federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) funds to provide adult basic education services within Washington State. Selected applicants will provide federally funded adult basic education instruction for five years beginning July 1, 2022, to June 30, 2027. The grant application will open on January 24, 2022, and close on March 3, 2022. Required letters of intent are due January 18, 2022.
