[Wsssc] More Info on DSHS COVID Relief Fund for Immigrant Students

Colleagues: attached is more information on the COVID Relief funds for immigrant students that I emailed you about this morning. My understanding is that this grant program is a separate program from the relief grants for undocumented students that is being administered by WSAC, however both programs are funded by House Bill 1368. What is unclear - and we are tracking this down - is whether students receiving the undocumented student grants would also be able to receive this one, should they be fortunate enough to qualify for both.
