[Wsssc] COVID Relief Fund For Those Ineligible for Federal Emergency Relief

WSSSC: the attached notice of a COVID Relief Fund through DSHS is being distributed to all Student Services Councils, including MSSDC and FAC. It isn't targeted to college students per se, but some may be eligible. First come, first serve, unfortunately, and the application period opened today.
