Good morning,

A number of folks have mentioned conducting student surveys to solicit student interests regarding on-ground/hybrid/online course and service preferences.  Would anyone be willing to share your survey questions?  I'm drafting a survey to push out to our students as we plan for our transition to more on-ground services.
