[Wsssc] Model Conduct Code Updates

Good afternoon,

Bruce Marvin indicated this morning there may be some different advantages for each of the two options he provided to us for inclusion in our final code update process. For those of you that are new, we were required to update our codes with an emergency rule in order to comply with Title IX rules that went in to effect in August.

In a follow-up this afternoon with Bruce, either option is fine and he really had no preference for either.

Courtesy of Joe, you will find the document that includes those two options, and  a second document that includes added language for the use of an Administrative Law Judge.  That inclusion would be necessary for any of us that want to use that option for Title IX cases. Furthermore, it would add flexibility for using ALJ's in other situations where it might be prudent.
