[Wsssc] Early fall start?

Are any of your colleges/districts considering an early fall quarter start in order to head off the consequences of an early shut down (i.e., return to Phase 1 conditions) in the event of a COVID-19 resurgence in November/December?  If the answer is no you need not respond; I'm just interested in seeing whether this has gained a foothold anywhere else.  The University of Montana is apparently doing this.
