Good afternoon colleagues,

We submitted our revised conduct code to OTS this afternoon and received an acknowledgement that it was received. I will let you know how long it takes to get the approved document back and format ready for submission with form CR-103E.

Here are the next steps in getting your codes updated for Title IX compliance:

Following up on our conversation and sending you the next steps for working with OTS and the Code Reviser's Office.

* Submit Word and redline document to OTS (Order Typing Service) at OTS at leg.wa.gov<mailto:OTS at leg.wa.gov>. You will receive email confirmation of receipt.

* Turnaround time for OTS formatting and return is 1-2 weeks

* OTS will return a revised Word document for our records and future revisions, and a .pdf for filing with the Code Reviser

* Official OTS document and appropriate "CR" form are ready for electronic filing. In order to e-file, a registration letter must be on record with the Code Reviser's office

* Following e-file, you will receive a receipt indicating effective date.

* Additional action may be necessary depending upon type of filing made.
