[Wsssc] Update on Complaint and TRO Against DHS and SEVS International Student Rules

Colleagues: I wanted you to know that our AG filed its complaint against DHS/SEVS on Friday, and will file a request for a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) today. We submitted a Declaration signed by Jan Yoshiwara on behalf of the system, and I believe at least two colleges did so as well (Green River and Tacoma). The Harvard/MIT complaint will be heard Tuesday or Wednesday with a ruling by the 15th, most likely before our District Court is able to take it up. Two complaints coming out of California as well, I believe. Fingers crossed now.
