Hello Deb,

Please find the attached Letter of Concern for WSSSC, as well as the attachment's that are cited in the letter. A summary of our concerns is as follows:

  *   ctcLink is not accessible for students, staff, or faculty with disabilities which is both an equity issue and a violation of federal and state laws
  *   The ctcLink pages where disability codes are input are not appropriately confidential between HR, disability services staff, or across colleges
Our immediate request of WSSSC is to understand the severity of these issues and forward our concerns on to WACTC with the ask that WACTC communicate them to SBCTC. We have requested a follow up letter from SBCTC.

Please let me know if WSSSC has any questions for DSSC.
