[Wsssc] Legislative Bill Watch for Student Services

Colleagues: here is an updated Bill Watch document, attached. One notable bill missing from the list now is Senate Bill 6505, the bill that would have required colleges to pick up all dual credit costs for students. However, that bill's advocates are still pushing for something, so a version of it may re-appear in another policy bill or the operating budget bill. We remain vigilant.
