Subject: ctcLink Subplans Update

Good morning, PMs:

I wanted to give you a quick update on Guided Pathways Subplans in ctcLink. As you may know, the DG2 and DG3 colleges were reviewing subplans and the colleges and support staff have completed a tremendous body of work this summer.  Hats to all these colleges and the CS Support staff! They completed User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and training of their subplans and those that have chosen to go live with subplans will be migrated into ctcLink production on Friday morning, Aug. 28, 2020. The colleges that will go live this week will be Clark, Lower Columbia, Pierce District and Tacoma. Other colleges aren't quite institutionally ready with their final list of subplans and have chosen not to go live at this time.

Moving forward, Deployment Groups 4, 5 and 6 will implement Subplans as they get ready to go live on ctcLink, so the development tasks and testing activities will be integrated into their activities and schedule. Subplans will be part of the Online Admissions Application (OAA), Academic Structure and Academic Advisement Report (AAR) module in Campus Solutions. AAR is also referred to as the legacy Degree Audit and includes the student's Academic Program, Academic Plan, Requirement Term (i.e. catalog year/quarter), and Academic Subplan.
