Good evening, WSSSC,

Below are a few agenda items for our 7:30am meeting tomorrow. I apologize for not sending a call-out for topics. We can add to this list tomorrow morning as necessary.


*       Update from Carli

*       Coronavirus Stimulus Letter (Joe)

*       Registration dates for summer/fall - are folks pushing the dates back? (Jennifer)

*       CARES funding - how have colleges advanced their planning for this over the last week (All)

*       Idea generating re: WSSSC spring meeting/joint agenda development (timing, needs, priorities) (Jess, All)

With respect to our spring meeting, in conversation with WSSSC Exec a few weeks ago we talked through some different ideas on how to conduct our meeting. Ideas included meeting half days over two days, using zoom. This could include breakout "rooms" and working from shared documents, for example. Or, we could do series of topics over a number of weeks that are concentrated 90 minute sessions that folks attend as available. Let's think creatively about what would be most valuable and timely to members during this unusual quarter.
