We are seeking an individual who exhibits responsiveness, initiative, entrepreneurship, and growth; a student-centered, problem solver, who enjoys working with data and technology.



Providing leadership and managing the day to day operations of the testing center, the Testing and Reporting Manager supervises staff, manages the center's budget, and grows the Pearson Vue testing inventory. Working independently, this position administers CPTC assessment tools to establish directed self-placement in English and Math; the Pearson Vue inventory including the GED; and other standardized testing the College chooses to offer. The position is also responsible for accurately compiling and updating the Student Success week-by-week retention reports and dashboards. Our selected candidate will hit the ground running, learning various tests to become a testing proctor/administrator; readily gaining an understanding of various exam systems, troubleshooting and problem solving. Weekend hours may be required.



The successful candidate will support the College's mission, Educating Tomorrow's Workforce by facilitating assessment/testing measures for students to enter career pathways, and to participate in maintaining systems in a culture of inquiry and evidence-based decision making.
