[Wsssc] Language Translation Services

Colleagues,

Do any of your colleges contract for language interpretation services? We have a pool of employees who provide interpretation (as available) but this system is not sustainable or convenient. We are interested in exploring an on-call service that would charge based on the actual use and would be available to key staff. I would like to know if any of you have explored this option or have a service that you are utilizing.
