[Wsssc] Fall WSSSC meeting update

I'm providing a brief update on our fall meeting. We have a change of venue due to some conflicts with space availability. Our meeting will take place at Peninsula College (thanks, Jack!), and is still scheduled for October 10-11. Planning is underway and details of lodging and agenda will follow in the coming weeks.
