WSSSC Colleagues: Here is the list of eligible programs for the new expansion of the Washington State Opportunity Scholarship I told you about a few weeks ago. Ruben and Edward will share with the Student Services Councils as well. Be aware that the application process for students will not be available on the WSOS website for another 2 weeks, approximately.

Hi Ruben,

As promised, here's our updated list of eligible programs for Fall 2019. If it helps to know, here's our program criteria:

  *   It's STEM, health care, or a related trade occupation
  *   It's listed on the SBCTC program inventory
  *   It's at least 20 credits
  *   It leads to a local, high demand occupation (deemed "in demand" by Washington STEM<https://washingtonstem.org/focus_area/stembythenumbers/#Labor_Market_Data_Dashboard> or approved as an Opportunity Grant program)

Feel free to share this with the colleges and to refer them to us if they have any questions!
