[Wsssc] WSSSC Hotel Information

Greetings again!

Due to the number of inquiries that I have received this afternoon, I thought I would send out another email to the listserv to share that the Council Liaisons meeting will be from 1:00 PM until 5:00 PM on July 9th. Those asked to be present include council presidents, past presidents, and council liaisons.

Additionally, since the next available flights after our meeting concludes on Wednesday at 5:00 PM out of Walla Walla are on Thursday morning at 6:00 am or at 11:30 am, we will also have an "optional" tour of some of our programs for those of you wishing to stay Wednesday evening and fly back home on Thursday morning. This will be reflected on the agenda that will be sent out and should help with any questions that your business offices may have regarding the need to stay overnight or why not drive.

As previously mentioned, the Summer meeting agenda will be sent out mid next week. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to ask. Hope you all have a wonderful rest of your day! :)

Good afternoon WSSSC family!

I hope this email finds you all well. As a follow up to our conversation from our Spring WSSSC meeting, below are the dates scheduled for our Summer WSSSC meeting in Walla Walla, WA:

July 9th - Councils liaisons meeting.
July 10th - Exec. Board meeting in the morning and WSSSC business meeting starting at 1:00 PM until 5:00 PM.
July 11th - All day joint meeting with IC.

I am currently working to finalize the agenda for the meeting in partnership with Carli Schiffner, IC Chair. I am hoping to finalize and email out the Summer WSSSC Agenda by mid-next week. In the meantime, below is the hotel information for the room reservation. Rooms will be held until next Friday. Please be sure to reserve your room by then.
