David Beyer recommended I reach out to you to see if you might be willing to sharing this mini-grant opportunity with student services personnel statewide -- the American Lung Association in Washington has a mini-grant opportunity available for student groups interested in working on enhancing campus tobacco use policy.  I've included information below and I'd be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Subject: Mini-grant for students working on campus tobacco policies

The American Lung Association in Washington is excited to announce a mini-grant opportunity for college student groups to support their efforts to enhance tobacco use policies on campus.  Grants of $750 will be awarded to 10 campuses across the state, with the opportunity for an additional $250 depending on need and availability of funds.

Do you know of students interested in working on improving their campus' tobacco use policy in the upcoming school year?  Please share this application and encourage them to apply! Applications are due September 29th.

We will be hosting a grant information session next month - join us to hear more about this opportunity and to ask questions about the process.  More details are below.
