The following email went out today to all registrants for the conference coming in 2 weeks (!). Please encourage your staff to use the Guidebook app if they have access. The WSSSC Guidebook is also accessible via a web browser, and there will also be printed programs available at check in.

Here are some important updates:

·         Now is the time to download the Guidebook app<https://guidebook.com/g/wsssc2017/>.  After you have downloaded the app via App Store or Play Store, look for the Guide titled WSSSC2017. Here you will find information on all the sessions, a schedule for each of the days, information on Tacoma and dining and entertainment options, materials presenters use for their sessions, and much, much more. This is how we will communicate any location changes and other important updates. You can use the mobile version or the web-based version.

  *   Presenters! Remember to send your presentation materials to Erin Barzen<mailto:erin.barzen at seattlecolleges.edu> by Monday, April 24th. Contact her for information about how to use the live polling feature available to us through Guidebook.
