[Wfoutreach] CTC Summer Outreach Meeting Overview and Notes

Hello CTC Outreach Folk,

First, thank you all for coming to our CTC Outreach Meeting. Also, thank you Erika for taking notes about the meeting. Please see attached notes for more detail.
In a brief overview of our meeting:

-          Summary: We shared our successes and challenges. We started talking about the purpose of our group and the leadership structure of this group. Jeanette volunteered to bring a mission/vision statement activity to our next meeting. Kristan shared information about North Gate Mall closing. We also talked topics we would like covered in future.

-          Calls to Action:

o   Jeanette Miller- Send out how to create a mission statement

o   Everyone- Please help- We decided we would like an expert to come in and talk about data collection. If you know someone who is great with data and might be willing to present to us, please let me know.

-          Decisions made:

o   Frequency of Meeting: Once a Quarter

o   Duration of Meetings: 2 Hours
