[Wctcca] Counseling to out-of-state students

Hello, Colleauges,

Recently our dean reached out to us to ask if we are providing telemental health services to our students who may be currently in states other than Washington.  We let him know about the restrictions of our licenses and what was presented during our Telemental Health training, which prevent us from providing services to students who are physically in other states.  We're hoping to get additional thoughts from others to see how you all are approaching work with these students at your institution.
