[Wactclc-primo] Better World Books

Hi Everyone,

We have a ton of discarded books and are exploring the option of using Better World Books. Do you use it in your library? If you do, we're interested in the following questions:


*         How did your Business Office feel about this service? Were there any pushback about using it?

*         How did you set it up? Did you get any money back from them and was it worth the effort? Also, how did you process the money and what fund did it go to?

*         How did you ship the boxes after it was filled? Did the mailing service pick it up or did you have to drop it off at the mailing service's location?

*         Any other tidbits or details would be super helpful, too!
