[Wactclc-primo] Problems with Gale database access

Hi all:

We all of a sudden in the last week have lost remote access to our Gale Databases. We upgraded to the latest EzProxy, made sure our security certificate was current, made sure the Gale stanza was the latest one from their support website, and we are getting a "connection refused by infotrac.gale.com" or timeout error, depending on the browser.

Thank you! Any advice is much appreciated...
