Thanks for the tip about normalization rules! I think that must be the key because our MARC record looked pretty much identical to the Alliance's MARC record.

And just a note, the way the MARC fields are used to build the display in Primo VE is through the field display normalization rules.

Those rules are visible and editable via Discovery / Local and Display Fields.

If you look at those rules, you’ll see a lot of conditional treatment of the MARC fields. The display rules are so conditionally driven because of how MARC fields are used differently depending on the type of record being displayed (electronic, physical, serial, monograph, etc)

The author/contributor display in Primo VE is being picked up from the 700 field.

Try editing the 700 entry for Jo-ann Archibald in that record. That should do it.
