[Wactclc-primo] [EXTERNAL*]- Ghost Record

Traci,

I’m doing that same search in your Primo instance and not seeing the ghost record, so maybe it was a temporary issue.

If not, when you attempt to look at the detailed display on that record, what does the resulting URL look like. Is there an MMSID in the URL?

Hi Traci:

I had the very same thing show up when I was messing around with creating a collection yesterday.  In my case the "ghost record" showed up in Primo because I decided to de-activate and delete an open source electronic collection, and the records from that collection showed up as "ghost records." It took until the next day for these ghosts to disappear from Primo. So, maybe that's what's going there, too?

Hello,

I was doing some searching in Primo and ran across this: Deleted Ghost Record.

When I clicked on "Ghost Record" and "Not Available", nothing is displayed. They aren't joking about it being a ghost record. 🙂 Is there a way I can get this to not show up in Primo?
