      On November 8 we launched the new integrated ProQuest and Ex Libris Support Center.
      Since launch, many customers have been using the Support Center for their Support needs.

      We've been getting a lot of valuable feedback from you, as well as questions about Support Center.

      To address some of your questions, we will hold 2 live Support Center Q&A sessions:
