Hey Wade,

This question is a bit pedantic. By "staff," do you mean the employment classification of "staff" or just "anyone working at your college's library"? I ask because some of the other faculty librarians here sometimes use Alma and I'd like to include their FTE numbers if applicable.

I have prepared a survey for completion at each institution:

Please use this survey to indicate your FTE count of staff who use Alma as part of their job.


Please count regular payroll staff (exempt or non-exempt, librarian or non-librarian)  *only*. Do *not* count student workers.


Any staff person who uses Alma as part of their job, for at least 1 hour per 35 to 40 hour week, should be counted.


One FTE = 1 full-time person.


For example, if you have 2 half-time staff that work with Alma, that would be a total of 1 FTE.


Provide your staff FTE counts to the nearest 0.5 FTE.
