[Wactclc-primo] [Wactclc-alma] [External] Pin disappearing on results in Chrome?

I’m assuming we’re talking about the favorites functionality, which is represented with a pin symbol:

If the pins are disappearing on any of the pages (search results, record view, main search screen), it might be an issue with responsive design (try zooming in and out in Chrome). It might also be a plugin (of which there are millions, with millions of potential issues).

Cheekily, this is also a great opportunity to promote Firefox over Chrome.

Pin as in the facets? Like pinning a facet so you can change the search terms without losing the facet selector?

Hi everyone:

One of our librarians is experiencing the "Pin" function in Primo VE disappearing on her home computer when she accesses through Chrome. It started happening on Monday. She can see the "Pin" function when she uses Firefox.

Has anyone else experienced this? I'm not able to duplicate this phenomenon, so I'm not sure what to suggest to her.
