There has been some discussion on Alma-L about how to manage limited-time access to collections via Alma / Primo.

This discussion arose from the current crop of "free for a limited-time" collections<https://tinyurl.com/vendorsupportedaccess> being offered by vendors this spring, in response to COVID19.

In response to the discussion, ExLibris has posted a nice, succinct Powerpoint slide deck showing how to activate collections for a limited time, and to delete them afterwards:

How to activate an electronic collection for a limited time period<https://knowledge.exlibrisgroup.com/@api/deki/files/80880/How_to_activate_an_electronic_collection_for_a_limited_time_period.pptx?revision=1>

You may wish to make use of this technique, if you find collections being offered gratis this spring that you'd like to make available viva Primo.
